"Our Philosophy"

I think one of the biggest things that people can miss about the idea of teamwork is their individual responsibility. It’s a lot harder to want to be part of a team when the situation is grim than when the outlook is positive. However, those times when everyone seems to be frustrated about something are often the times when going the extra mile yourself will do the most good. At TriPeaks, we're constantly experiencing the ebb and flow of teamwork on the good days and the rough days. I've had coworkers help me finish my route on days where I've needed the extra help, and I've helped my coworkers when they have problems arise. The culture at this company is committed to getting as much work finished as we can even when it's tough, and we couldn't do that without every team member's support.
